| Chrissi: If someone that you didn't expect is knocking at your door in Greece, the common question you can ask is Ποιος είναι; (Pios ine?) before opening the door. This literally means Who is it? in casual Greek. Even more casual would be a plain Ποιος; (Piοs?) but this borders on the rude so avoid it. |
