Hi Hiro,

Thank you for pointing this out.

Please ignore the audio. I will make a report for this. The correct is only "Επέστρεψε τα μεσάνυχτα." = Volvió a la medianoche. The accusative τα (μεσάνυχτα) means "a la (medianoche)".

Kind regards,

Stefania

Hi stefania

Just a confirmation of Επέστρεψε τα μεσάνυχτα.

The speaker's voice say Επέστρεψε στα μεσάνυχτα

Both correct I think, thogh, is this....

A Επέστρεψε τα μεσάνυχτα. = Volvió medianoche.

B Επέστρεψε στα μεσάνυχτα = Volvió a la medianoche.

B has got more syntactic intensification to when than A.

Is this notion correct?

Thank you

Hi Mattie,

I'm afraid, "Ήταν ένα τέταρτο πριν άρχισα η ταινία" would be wrong. Άρχισα is in the first person, but here the subject is the movie (it is the movie that starts, not me) so you need the 3rd person: αρχίσει.

What made you think it should be άρχισα? Just interested in seeing how you interpreted this sentence initially :)

Regards,

Stefania

Ήταν ένα τέταρτο πριν αρχίσει η ταινία.

Shoudn't this be: " Ήταν ένα τέταρτο πριν άρχισα η ταινία" ?

Hi Joanne,

Hi Joanne,

I have added the Greek for you in the PDF. Because Greek was missing in this lesson, we will be reviewing soon all of the lessons of this series for similar issues.

Kind regards,

Stefania

Hi :)

Could you please provide how to write down from one to 12 o clock in Greek? Because there is only Romanization in the PDF.... I would like to know how to write. Thank you:)

H Janine, hi Dagfinn,

Thank you for your comments.

Yes, "πέντε παρά πέντε" is 4:55 and 5:55 should be "έξι παρά πέντε".

Apologies for the error. I will notify the corresponding team for this, so they can take care of it.

Kind regards,

Stefania

I agree that πέντε παρά πέντε is 4:55 as Janine suggest

5:55 should then be έξι παρά πέντε, I guess!?

Isn't 'pendé pará pendé' 4:55 then? The dialogue translation is 5:55.
