The part "εδώ κοντά" is flexible, so you can either put it at the end or leave it as is in the phrase you have:

Υπάρχει εδώ κοντά τηλεφωνικός θάλαμος;

Υπάρχει τηλεφωνικός θάλαμος εδώ κοντά;

I though εδώ κοντά always goes at the end. The word order in this case must be flexible, correct?
